Piano in Big Red Barn
Rolling Fork, MS

  1. AWWWWW, Marty!!

This one's for me!! You know how I love the old snaggle-toothed pianos. This one seems to have been party to some shoutin' rockin' gospel that you could hear clear from the road, lifting up high enough to make the angels tap a toe. Long sure fingers on the keys, and a heart full of music.

Joyful noise is one of the greatest meditations, and one of the most worshipful, and I do believe this keyboard served its life as altar AND as lute.

You capture grandeur and glory every day, and so many of your shots make me say "How Great Thou Art," but this is my favorite picture in a long time.

    Thank you.
